We’re OCAD U CO, a new business of OCAD University.

We’re an executive training studio with a mission to help industry leaders and their teams use creative problem solving to drive innovation and change.

What we do

We facilitate creative problem-solving, research, and training in our stunning new facility on the waterfront.

Our approach is grounded in a rigorous and disciplined approach to the creative process: problem framing, user research, prototyping, and implementation. We also specialize in strategic foresight, inclusive design, systems thinking, and approaches that humanize emerging technologies to increase adoption and de-risk innovation.

Our studio-style environment encourages learning through intensive teamwork in a ‘maker’ culture — all in our beautiful new waterfront facility.

The OCAD U CO Studio is designed specifically for collaborative innovation work:

  • 14,000 square feet of flexible studio space​

How to Find Us

OCAD U CO is located in the Daniels Waterfront: City of the Arts Building, 130 Queens Quay East, 4th Floor (4R). The building is located on the south east corner of Lower Jarvis and Queens Quay East.

There’s a parking lot underneath the building, accessible by Richardson St. off of Queen’s Quay East. You can also try Impark, at 178 Queens Quay East, or Loblaw’s on the South west corner of Lower Jarvis and Queens Quay East.

Transit from Union Station:
Catch the # 6 Bay Bus to SHERBOURNE on Bay St at Front St West. Travel 3 stops.
