Turbo boost a real-world project — or projects — your organization is working on with just-in-time design and innovation training from OCAD U CO instructors and coaches.​

Over a period of 5-8 weeks, we’ll take your teams through the end-to-end design process. Each week will contain a mix of training, coaching, and open office hours that work to accelerate your team’s learning curve, move the needle on real projects, and provide an intense but fun incubation experience. Teams have the option of posting up in the OCAD U CO space where they’ll get to experience what it’s like to operate in a creative, studio-based environment where whiteboards, post-its, and good playlists are endless.​

Capacity: 4 – 20, in teams of 4-5

Length: These programs typically operate over 5-12 weeks and require a commitment of 20-35% of participants’ work week during the experience

I’m the Managing Director of OCAD U CO.

For over a decade, I’ve been helping large organizations develop radical customer-centricity through design-led innovation. I’ve gone end-to-end on breakthrough innovation projects: from identifying new and emerging opportunities, to standing up MVP launches with tens of thousands of users.

My work has involved leading strategy, capability-building, and breakthrough concept development efforts for firms like BMO, Great-West Life, Barrick, City of Toronto, RBC, TD, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and others.

Prior to leading OCAD U CO, I led large-scale design-led innovation programs for some of Canada’s largest organizations at Doblin, the human-centred innovation consultancy at Deloitte.

I’m a proud OCAD U alum, with a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation.
