A luxury outerwear company was eager to stay at the forefront of innovation by integrating smart technologies into their products. They sought a partner who could accelerate their innovation process, ensuring that new concepts could be developed, tested, and refined rapidly—without compromising on quality or user experience.

Defining the Future Landscape
The workshop began with presentations on the future by the clients’ leaders in marketing, business strategy, technology and user research. Participants noted insights on "active listening cards". These cards were clustered, revealing opportunities in the future landscape.

Researching People's Needs
Participants engaged in interview clinics, where they conversed with end-users to learn about their motivations and concerns regarding wearable electronics. This immersive exercise allowed the team to step into the users’ shoes, uncovering unmet needs that could drive innovation.
